Main assignments include :

Implementation Manager
Sage

  • Managed the full development and implementation of global digital campaigns for the company, an industry leader in HR/Payroll solutions, expanding upon existing localized marketing and outreach
  • Interfaced with all campaign managers (4 divisions) to explain and establish new processes
  • Liaised with Global Sage and Freedman linguists, legal and procurement departments to ensure quality of local translations/adaptations
  • Introduced Freedman to other services inside Sage France to develop local business
  • Managed and oversaw numerous assets (banners, social posts, In-Mails, Whitepaper…)
  • Instituted changes to improve flow of information, time to market, quality of adaptations, client-agency relationships

 

Global Transition Director
McCANN France for Nestlé Cereals

  • Led the entire transition of local assets of a top communications agency to global digital platforms (Banners, Posts, Websites), primarily across Europe, Middle East and Latin America
  • Helped establish McCANN France as a leading Digital Communications agency worldwide for Nestlé Cereals
  • Created and developed project outline, processes workflow, prepared job descriptions, secured candidates, actively participated in platform selection meetings
  • Conducted presentations and secured approvals from internal and external audiences
  • Led internal workforce training, system implementation, and worked with tech to ensure platform met guidelines and processes

 

Chief of Operations
Mayence France

  • Led the comprehensive operations of a leading company of graphic supply services (including audit and consultancy, logistics and fulfillment, and creative services like print, POS, digital marketing, retail marketing, etc.)
  • Spearheaded France location, the largest BU, which employed roughly 115 employees
  • Clients included Nestlé, GSK, Diageo, Akzo Nobel, Dukan, Amgen, Scotts, Kryss, Revlon, Amgen, and others
  • Assisted a majority of clients specializing in the pharmaceutical industry and in new studio/creative services

 

International Platform Director
Havas

  • Led the international platform development of a multi-channel full-service advertising communications agency offering a comprehensive range of publishing and digital publishing services
  • Defined full project proposal, including structure and principles, and led full platform implementation
  • Standardized nomenclature and tools between HPS, Havas New York, and Bangalore
  • Established all specifications for a production and management digital tool
  • Successfully set up the basis for the new production BU in Havas : Hercules

 

France Office Manager
Freedman International

  • Led the business development and expansion of Freedman, a leading global marketing agency (digital, translation, creative studio, production) into the French markets
  • Analyzed and determined interest and return of establishing regional locations and presence
  • Prepared entire sales and marketing approach and creative outreach strategy
  • Independently presented and introduced business plan to executive, Kevin Freedman
  • Closed appointments with multinational companies and worked with London on European pitches

Euro RSCG

  • Now known as Havas Worldwide, and one of the largest integrated marketing communications agencies in the world, made up of 316 offices in 75 countries throughout the world
  • Successfully managed the international launch of two new vehicles, and was tasked to resolve issues when a client/agency relationship was previously in crisis
  • Completely reorganized the department and delivered a satisfactory agency-client relationship within the first 6 months
  • Released 308CC and 5008 new commercials in more countries than previous international launches, and achieved 20% economies of scale in international communications

 

KIA Brand Director
Lowe and Partners Worldwide

  • Successfully led brand development and management, led the communications re-launch of Kia Motors France, and actively managed as team and global budget director
  • Pitched against Australia and Walk Don’t Walk and won account from Korean decision-makers
  • Established all digital strategy including various mini-sites
  • Supervised all global marketing communications as well as the promotion of local dealerships
  • Re-launched the brand on all media including two new major launches, KIA Seed and Seed SW
  • Increased brand awareness by 20%, global sales by 10% in France, and achieved dramatic overall company image improvement

 

Europe Marketing Communication Manager
DREAME’O

  • Successfully managed the integration and transition of a Chinese public company into the electronic mass market – a personal first collaboration with Chinese clients and entailed the extensive learning of Asian business customs
  • Led extensive outreach and awareness efforts as Marketing Communications Ambassador to educate and inform a population highly uninvolved with the subject
  • Launched new, enhanced packaging tailored to targets, market and legislation
  • Served as a CEBIT-only specific booth in the “Chinese Enterprise” hall, and was reused by Dreame’o for other exhibitions outside Europe

  • Led and directed the expansion of Lagardère Group’s Editorial Digital Content into new markets, which involved developing new marketing and sales strategies
  • Led business development and sales resulting in the supply of web content to more than 10 web agencies
  • Re-motivated and renewed the interest of in-house journalists and editor in chief
  • Successfully renewed numerous client contracts including Danone, Monoprix, Air France, Hôtels Concorde, Société Générale

Analog Devices

  • Led the development and operations of the European Marketing Communications Department and established the company’s First European Marketing Communications plan
  • Recruited and managed an international team (UK, US, Belgium) and actively participated in the World Marketing Board as the only non US representative

Marketing Communications Director Europe
Cabletron Systems

  • Moved to England to manage a multinational and multicultural team of 15 people across the UK, New Zealand and Australia in the establishment of a distributor network in Europe
  • Created the first European Marketing Communication plan and set up the European distribution network including the standardization of events and tradeshow participation
  • Achieved 35% economy of scale and secured a $5 million contract

  • Established and led complete Marketing Communications plan for company at a time when ZDS entered FNAC and became a reference in home computing, and also the first player in the INTEL INSIDE program
